As early as 1987, the Message On Hold Company had clients like American Express, Collex Waste (now Veolia) and Hardy’s Wines. By 1990, it had added nearly a thousand locations to its client base. Today this list has grown extensively, and the company is the voice of so many organizations that it records over 10,000 words per day from its studios – just for the On Hold industry.
The Message On Hold Company values all of its clients; here are some long term client examples:
American Express
In 1987 the Message On Hold Company approached American Express and signed up a couple of locations. 24 years later, American Express is still a multi-location client. Today, the Message On Hold Group of companies provide voice and music services to American Express for communication applications in many overseas locations – with foreign language productions distributed for interactive systems in Asia and the Far East.
Telstra
20 years ago the company supplied Telstra ('Telecom Australia' then) with its first on hold voice production. The Message On Hold Company group has since designed, built and installed ‘Intelligent Queue’ systems, researched Telstra customer behaviour, provided solutions for the automated interaction of 25 million sales service and billing calls, designed the customer interface solutions for automated reverse charge calls, conducted more than a hundred studies and provided recommendations for voice solutions throughout the organization, recorded in its own studios the music of Telstra and provided On Hold solutions through exchange housed digital hardware for Telstra locations throughout the country.
Budget
In 1987 the company first commenced On Hold services for Budget Rent a Car. The Message On Hold Company has seen Budget through difficult times in the past but today is still the supplier of On Hold services to this professional organisation throughout Australia.
IPEC
In 1989 the Message On Hold Company installed On Hold services to IPEC Australia wide. The company is proud to say it is still supplying IPEC - in the interests of improved customer communications.
The above examples are only a very few of those organizations who have retained our services throughout the years – and the good news is that the company’s services are getting better and better as our years of experience kick-in.
