David has invented steel processing equipment, communication research technologies and retains patents associated with human factors analyses, corporate communications research and his innovations have been applied to major corporate communications research projects across Industry and government.

David also jointly holds patents for cancer treatments which are currently the subject of research projects in Australia, USA and Ireland.
