Management

Everyday the management team meet to talk about how to improve the company service to you – its most important asset!

This team brings very special skills, with a collective 45 years in customer communications. Telemallaudio is very fortunate to have such experience available to nurture its clients.

Sales

The senior sales team is a good mix of professionals. We have found that maturity, formal experience, good training and a history in the service industry makes for people who know how to listen and build solutions with a superior level of duty of care.

Partner Projects

We have a number of important strategic relationships, and Mark Hatton is perfect for this role. Mark has a lifetime of communications Industry experience, including 10 years as Managing Director of Crimp Australia, a leading supplier of Interactive systems to Industry and Government.

Mark is growing the distribution of the Telemallaudio range of products through the development of a reseller network.

Technical

Greg Williams has been our senior technical communications consultant for 18 years. His experience in the On Hold and customer communications industry is unsurpassed. Greg has supervised literally hundreds of industry and government projects, optimising the technical requirements for our customers.

Every business needs people like Greg to guarantee its Grade of Service commitments are met.

Customer Service

This team coordinates all matters. Our service is dependent upon these fine persons – you will speak with them when you liaise with us. So now you know!! If you need help, they await your call.

Of course they also ensure scripts are updated, production is delivered and that all necessary records are kept – to keep your On Hold optimized.

Script Planning

So here is a typical scene. Preparation, script consistency and creativity are essential for the best recorded product. Our writers are given the time they need to plan and focus on every client requirement. So when you next listen to your own On Hold message, spare a thought for this fun group who are dedicated to keeping your customers happy.

Voice Talent

The radio and television industries provide most of our professional voice talent. We also have many actors and foreign language experts to bring to scripts the life that our copywriters intended.

The studios are fun place to be, so you are always welcome to visit and hear these artists perform.

Recording

We have a number of studios and keeping over 10,000 recorded words per day delivered to On Hold platforms here and overseas keeps us enjoyably practiced – well yes, very busy, and we love it.

Our studios are packed with the latest production technologies and as production happens every day, we can meet very short delivery times for emergencies – Hmm, for a small extra fee perhaps??

Editing

Our engineers spend many hours post recording and getting your scripts formatted. Our engineers have more than 30 years collective experience in the On Hold and recorded voice product industries – they seem to like it here – for this we are lucky, because it gives us the confidence to know that we will deliver you the finest production available in this industry.

Dispatch

Literally thousands of productions are sent to far away places each month. People are our backbone and we're super lucky to employ a keen and dedicated product delivery group.

Packaging and dispatch is a daily routine, so when your On Hold production magically arrives, it has been through the hands of someone here who cares.


Administration

Sadly for you and all our clients, we send out invoices! Well someone has to do it, and be assured that we do have a happy team of 5 keeping us financial.

Keeping records in a secure and sophisticated client management repository is another function of our admin staff. If you get new stakeholders in your On Hold service, try to remember to let us know and this team will keep your data up to date.

Staff Training

We spend a lot of time sharing information, briefing and training for optimal output from all of our people. With your future in our hands, it is vital you know that we are making sure we have specialists who are trained professionals.

We are always making changes in the interests of being better at what we do. If you have feedback for us, it is always well received – even if it is not always what we want to hear. However, our research tells us we do it pretty well.

Director

David Bonnin founded the Message On Hold industry in 1986. Born in 1952, David has extensive business knowledge and a history of commercial experience founding companies.
